Jared's legal and business background includes positions in large and small law firm environments and as in-house corporate counsel. He was previously associated with the Princeton firm, Jamieson Moore Peskin & Spicer and New York-based Windels Marx Lane & Mittendorf as a corporate securities attorney, and served as General Counsel of TerraCycle, Inc. Jared’s business experience includes real estate and restaurant interests. Jared received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and his Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers University School of Law.

A resident of Rocky Hill, New Jersey, Jared has served as an elected Borough Council member and Borough Council President and currently serves as Public Defender as well as on other local governmental committees and non-profit Boards. You may also find him on the softball diamond or basketball court coaching his daughters' teams, doing any outdoor active sport, or jamming on his guitar.

Jared is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and the Federal District of New Jersey, New York and the Southern District of New York, and the State of Colorado.
